Stop And Take Care Of Yourself

Loving yourself means taking care of yourself. This has to be done with intention, one step at a time, to prevent from being completely overwhelmed.

Often times we are so accustom to being the hero in everyone else's life except our own. We then become so depleted to the point of depression and wonder why hardly anyone seems to notice.

Only you can change the way you take care of yourself and it starts with one decision at a time.


  1. Admit that you've neglected yourself.

  2. Change your mindset and STOP being everyone's hero (ouch).

  3. Discover what brings you joy and makes you smile.

  4. Take time to learn who you are.

  5. Don't be so hard on yourself, extend the same grace that you give others to yourself.

Although taking care of yourself may not have been a prior habit, consider taking the needed time to validate and take care of yourself. You are worthy.
