We all want some form of happiness in our lives. With everything happening in the world currently, it is easy to revert to sadness and depression. According to the dictionary happiness is "that feeling that comes over you when you know life is good and you can't help but smile. It's the opposite of sadness. Happiness is a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment."

You can only experience the joys of happiness when you are honest with yourself and the space you choose to be in. This is where choosing to be happy becomes a personal choice. You have to choose for yourself what you will and will not tolerate in your life by creating boundaries. The beauty about life is that you have the option to start over at any point when you are not experiencing happiness.
